Did you know that four out of every five coffees served in London on a Saturday are served by Breakfast Club baristas?

OK, that's not entirely true (in fact, it’s complete fiction!), but you’re still reading this which gives us a chance to tell you that The Breakfast Club (The BC, as we call it) is one of the busiest and most loved venues for London locals and visitors alike.

Experience of working in a café/restaurant isn’t a deal clincher… it’s your attitude and enthusiasm that will impress us and help make you part of The BC Team. Passion for what you do is essential; belief in what we do is non-negotiable. You should never, ever work in an environment you don’t believe in.

If you haven’t been to The BC before, come in and get a feel for it before your apply. We think you’ll immediately see what’s different about us. Our induction and excellent coffee training will give you the confidence to serve BC pleasure by the mug full to everyone of your customers. You’ll also be working with some of the most fabulous front and back of house staff in the industry. Forget the classic FOH/BOH/Manager divide, that’s not how we work at BC; we’re a team in every sense and here to help build your career.

It’s great to be recognised with accolades and awards from our own industry (we’ve won a few major ones, including Best Independent Employer in Hospitality and have been recognised with a star rating by the Sustainable Restaurant Association), but what matters most is the recognition of our wonderful customers. Stand outside any of our cafés on a Saturday or Sunday and you’ll be met with the familiar sight of a queue. We owe it to everyone one of them to deliver every time.
