The Flour Station story started in 2002, in the kitchen of Jamie Oliver’s award-winning Fifteen restaurant. In 2004, dedicated to raising standards of baking and bringing our handmade artisan breads to a wider audience, we launched The Flour Station at London’s iconic Borough Market. Inspired by this booming food arena, for the last 12 years we have been trading at some of the best farmers' markets in London and, in October, we will open our first market cafe in Camden.
