We are a small, independent company dedicated to roasting coffees of uncompromising quality. It is our aim to engage consumers in the third wave coffee movement by highlighting intrinsic qualities imparted by growing region, varietal and processing method. We roast our coffees on a glorious G.W. Barth 60kg drum roaster which we've recently painstakingly refurbished.
