We are an independent specialty coffee bar, owned and run by Rodolfo and Charlotte. After five years of temporary pop-ups, we opened our first permanent location in King’s Cross Underground Station in January 2022. Through our coffee bar, we offer great-tasting coffee on the go, pastries and light bites, and an impressive selection of coffee and drink related retail items for home-brewers. We roast our own coffee beans too – which we sell online and in-store, and we are extremely passionate about ‘wowing’ people with our coffee, and the other unique-tasting drinks that we serve in our coffee bar. ‘Gramos’ is Spanish for grams (Rodolfo is from Bolivia) – and the name speaks to how we approach our work; we are meticulous, we appreciate precision, we pay attention to detail, we care about getting it right.​ With this, we're on a mission to help more and more people experience the goodness of speciality coffee.
