Fat Cats: organic coffee & desserts is a locally owned and operated organic dessert cafe established in Austin, Texas, by a crazy cat lady (and equal opportunity animal lover) in 2014. Our goal at Fat Cats is to not only provide our community with lots of options, but better options.  We don't believe in trying to be perfect, we believe in people trying to do what they can.  By providing carefully sourced, socially responsible, organic & fair trade coffee & desserts, we hope to provide our community with delectable alternatives that taste good and do good.! We are honored to have Austin as our home and eternally grateful for the ongoing love and support from our friends and family (particularly Doug who, quite literally, forged Fat Cats into existence).  Belly rubs of gratitude for everyone!
